Return Policy

This policy governs purchases from Yuriyana LLC (“Yuriyana Club”, “Yuriyana Shop”, “we”).

Because sexual-wellness items are intimate and sealed for your protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges—whether the product is used or unused, opened or unopened. Please review your cart carefully before you complete payment.

If something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right:

1. Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@yuriyana.club or by phone.
2. Provide:
   • the order number;
   • clear photos of the packaging and the affected item(s);
   • a brief description of the issue.

We will request you return the product. After verification and having examined the product, we will—at our discretion—offer either:

• a free replacement (same or equivalent item), or
• a store credit for the item’s purchase price (shipping not included).

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 calendar days following the steps above. We will ship the correct item at no additional charge and cover the cost of returning the item that was sent by mistake.

Orders move quickly through our system. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or address correction after checkout, but contact us immediately and we’ll try. Once an order has shipped, it is final.

This policy applies worldwide. Import duties or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Yuriyana LLC warrants each product for 30 calendar days from the delivery date. After that period, only the manufacturer’s warranty—if one exists—remains in effect. For items covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, all claims and service must be submitted directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the instructions provided in your product documentation.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (e.g., U.S. state statutes, EU/UK regulations, or Latin-American data and consumer laws). Where such laws grant additional remedies, we will honor them.
