Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment methods shown at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once confirmed. Please contact us immediately at info@yuriyana.club and we will do our best to assist. As reference, here is a link to our Return Policy.

Q: Will my payment be secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, a trusted payment gateway, to protect your personal and financial information. Click here for their Services Agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States and International through USPS, with a specialty courier option available for shipments to Peru.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery within the US typically takes 3-10 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Flat rate delivery to Peru takes between 7-15 business days. A copy of the customer’s ID (front and back) is required per the country’s customs regulations.

Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: All products are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. Battery-powered items are packed following international safety standards.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
A: As stated in our Return Policy, if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@yuriyana.club with the order number, clear photos of the packaging and the affected item(s), and a brief description of the issue. We will request you return the product. After verification and having examined the product, we will—at our discretion—offer either: a free replacement (same or equivalent item), or a store credit for the item’s purchase price (shipping not included).

Q: Will anyone know what I ordered?
A: No. Orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no product details on the outside.

Q: How do you handle my personal data?

A: Yes. All items are sourced from trusted brands and comply with international safety standards.

Q: Do your devices contain batteries?
A: Some products do. All battery-powered devices are shipped following IATA and USPS guidelines.
