These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and Yuriyana LLC, doing business as Yuriyana Club (“Yuriyana Club,” “Yuriyana Shop,” “we,” “our,” “us”) covering your access to yuriyana.club (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping & Delivery FAQ, each incorporated herein by reference.

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Site or purchase products. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement.

1. Our products are sold solely for lawful, personal, and responsible use.
2. Yuriyana LLC makes no medical or therapeutic claims about any product.
3. Always read and follow all instructions, warnings, and cleaning guidelines supplied by the manufacturer.
4. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs and consult a healthcare professional.
5. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or use medical devices such as pacemakers.
6. For hygiene reasons, products are intended for single-user use only and must not be shared.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (e.g., for fraud screening, stock limits, or pricing errors).
• Payment must be authorised in full at checkout. We currently accept credit-/debit-card payments processed securely through Stripe and Paypal.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your parcel to the carrier.

• We ship discreetly to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and most international destinations.
• Delivery estimates are provided in the Shipping & Delivery FAQ; they are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other force-majeure events are outside our control.
• International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees.

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges (see our Return Policy). If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs and a description; we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data you provide is accurate.

All Site content—including text, graphics, images, product designs, logos, audio, and video—is the property of Yuriyana LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or our systems;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any technology used to provide the Site or our products;
• Purchase products on behalf of minors or unauthorised third parties.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY ANY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YURIYANA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YURIYANA LLC (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yuriyana LLC and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

These Terms and any dispute relating to them or to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
